THE OPPORTUNITY
The Publisher Engagement Manger is responsible for the publisher relationships. This person will establish partnerships with key publishers at an international level, focused on delivering value to Dynasty and our partner markets. They will manage the relationship in an ongoing basis developing programs and propositions for the Dynasty partners.
The role will work closely with the local marketing and account teams in each of the markets, initially Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, India, and North America.
The role will be responsible for delivering strategic partnership agreements with the top 10 publishers over the next 24 months. These would include:
• The ability for Dynasty to provide billing directly with the publishers to our partners.
• The ability to connect to APIs allowing integration at a game level for tournaments.
• New game releases
• Game promotions and tournaments
• Customized game offerings: avatars, weapons, etc..
• Sponsorship and advertising
They will develop an understanding of the target segment’s needs, behaviors, and demographics in order to translate these into:
• Product requirements to evolve existing solutions and introduce new relevant services.
• Marketing campaign and communication briefs for the target segments.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works with internal and external research sources to maintain accurate market and market segment profiles to drive decision-making; commissions/conducts primary research as needed. This research will drive understanding of customers attributes including behavioural, attitudinal & demographics.
• This person will translate publisher relationships into a defined product roadmap to match the needs of the local markets.
• They will work closely with the technology team to ensure delivery of the technology related publisher initiatives.
• They will understand the communications strategy and the best way to develop campaigns to target different game segments and be able to track the impact of these campaigns.
• Collaborate with country managers in the creation and development of market facing campaigns, serving as a primary content and subject resource for thought leadership and demand generation efforts for the Publishers and their games.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Worked in marketing or commercial role for several years.
• Worked in the game and media industry.
• Experience in digital companies, working on web and app-based solutions.
• Passionate about gaming and media.
• Loves technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies.
• Self-starter who has worked in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial minds.
• Believes in culture of transparency and trust.
• Can move from strategy to implementation.
• Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skillset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
