THE OPPORTUNITY
The Content Manger is responsible for the content strategy, content partner relationships, localization of content for each of the markets, licensing of content generated by the Dynasty platforms and content creation.
This person will establish partnerships with key content creators or aggregators across the different territories and work with country heads and partners to define the content strategies on a market level. They will work closely with the publisher’s manager on the tournament plans and with tournament and advertising managers. They will be responsible for creating and syndicating engaging content across the Dynasty network.
The objective is to have the Dynasty platforms with engaging content, driving customer engagement which also supports the sponsorship and media revenues, and content including broadcasting.
The role will work closely with the regional marketing and account teams in each of the markets, initially Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia, India, and North America.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish the content strategy with the local country managers and the local partners.
• Identify and develop relationships with the local and international content providers in each of the markets.
• Develop commercial models with the markets to encourage content onto the platforms and facilitate advertising and sponsorship revenues.
• Work with internal sources to maintain accurate market and market segment profiles to drive decision-making. This research will drive understanding of customers’ needs which drive the content strategy.
• This person will work closely with the technology teams to ensure delivery of the technology related content initiatives.
• They will develop a team which creates content for the Dynasty platforms across the world.
• This team will also localise content for the markets.
• They will be able to track the impact of content onto the platform, including monetization and customer engagement.
• They will work to develop broadcast and syndication opportunities for content created on the platform, including but not limited to tournaments.
• Work with the advertising manager to support the advertising and Media aspirations which bring:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Worked in marketing and or content management role for several years.
• Worked in the game and media industry.
• Worked with companies which create, syndicate, or manage content.
• Experience in digital companies, working on web and app-based solution.
• Passionate about gaming and media.
• Loves technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies.
• Self-starter who has worked in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial minds.
• Believes in culture of transparency and trust.
• Can move from Strategy to implementation.
• Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skillset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
